A number of Somaliland websites published an article written by Abdihakim Musa Ali against the hardworking competent minster Hersi Hajji Ali. I have read noted Abdihakim’s article. Even though everybody is free and open to express his point of view in the way he believes, however, Abdihakim’s commentary is remote from the reality in the ground, reason being Abdihakim fail disregard and pay no attention the progress attained this government since this government came to office. When a team outgrows individual performance and learns team confidence, excellence becomes a reality. Hope lies in dreams, in imagination, and in the courage of those who dare to make dreams into reality. Dreams can become a reality when we possess a vision that is characterized by the willingness to work hard, a desire for excellence, and a belief in our right and our responsibility to be equal members of society. No one of us ever dream Somaliland government ministries will be accommodated multi-tower structure buildings. Increasing 100 % of government personnel was something that never happen any part of the world even the advanced in the west or Arab petrol-dollar countries.
Most of those who speak against this smart, competent and resourceful minster Hersi hajji Ali are either tribal minded or failed to secure personal, or group favouritism from him which are unethical in all standards. Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all and nowadays the basic value and the means to identify a good person is ignored by many element of our society on basis on the unethical reasons. The criteria of identifying quality person for some members of our society are tribal grounds or personal interest. For those elements a good person mean being of same tribe or someone that they can get a personal interest. The qualities such as kindness, humanity, compassion, hardworking, efficiency, transparency, productivity, honesty are not given any importance. Recovering your sense of integrity or goodness begins with identifying your personal values. Integrity is the first step to success and happiness. We can often turn to religion for guidance, but ultimately we should learn to define our own morals ourselves. One of the simplest ways to do so is to feel affection for others and treat them as you would like to be treated. Try to think of others before yourself. Even doing small things daily will greatly enrich and improve your life, and the lives of others around you. To be a good person is not easy because you have to believe in people and people you. Criticism can be justified when one has done something wrong or behaved badly. But it is unjustified when someone merely picks on another person for no evidence, or out of personal pique. Sometimes certain people derive pleasure from criticizing others. It may be due to jealousy of someone in a better position vis-à-vis education, wealth, power or influence. The critic may not have a clue about the problem or may have his own blinkered view of it. Over 99 % of the criticism said against the government based on tribal grounds, jealousy or failed to obtain personal interest from the government. Taken above into considerations, it is moral duty to defend what is right. There are two sides to every issue: one side is right and the other is wrong. To some people the wrong is right for them. When you decide something’s right, there’s nothing that can stop you from doing it.To begin with, there are many means to recognize and identify the quality productive person and one of the measures to acknowledge qualities of a leader is hard work based on efficiency and honest. Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day-in and day-out and the difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little extra and the dictionary is the only place that success comes before work. Progress means coming near to the people and that is why Hersi Hajji Ali frequently travels to all regions of Somaliland to monitor the progress under-going or lay down the foundation of new projects. Finally one suggestion for this industrious minsterHersi Haji Ali i , jealousy cannot be an obstacle to your hardworking and keep forward with strong and active faith to better Somaliland
