Gabiley, 30 Nov 2013 (SDN) -Somaliland President Ahmed Mohamed Mohamoud “Silanyo” was the guest of honor at a graduation ceremony held for 103 students, the first batch to graduate from the various faculties of Timacade University in Gabiley held today at Timacade University conference hall in Gabiley.
