Somalia to Handle Somaliland’s Share of (ICAO) Funds

Mogadishu, Oct 10, 2013 (SDN) -Somalia signed an agreement on September 30 with the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) to release millions of dollars of the trust fund to the government of Somalia. In the agreement, Somalia will determine the distribution of the money to the regions of the country which include Somaliland as shown in item 9 of the agreement
A formal government request will be provided with details of the Government bank for the funds to be deposited, according to the agreement.
