Somali-land presidency spokesperson, Mr. Dhuxul lacks any diplomatic language and ethics behaviors

The reasons that influence me write this article is that, I have noticed some politicians like the palace spokesperson Mr. Dhuxul always speak undiplomatic language far from any ethics tune and his political statements him bad reputation. Reputation is an opinion of a social entity for a person, company, organization or social group a result of social evaluation. Reputation is important for individuals or for any other institutions. Reputation determines our identity with others. Its influence ranges from competitive settings, like markets, to cooperative ones, like firms, organisations, institutions and communities. Image is a global or averaged evaluation of a given target on the part of an agent.People is divided into two categories namely ethical and unethical behaviour. When someone does something that is ethical is considered something with morals. The action proves that you care about the group or individual. Something that is unethical is something that violates the morals of society perhaps the expectations of society as a whole it can violate the expectations from a certain or individual. Ethical and unethical behaviour ethical and unethical behaviour there is now the “Code of Ethics” and it has a set of rules that nurses take an oath to. You are to treat the patients you care for with dignity and there to tend to their needs. Unethical behaviour is ignoring your patients, slapping, being rough in any way, shape or form or, in some cases taking the life of a patient because the nurse feels the person is too far gone to live. Mr. Duxul, the presidency spokesman lacks all ethics. While responding for some personalities looking to buy camel milk, in public place, Mr Duxul described camel milk similar to that of the pork.  This is the most immoral expression said by any Muslim and immoral is something that violates moral laws. There may be times when we are powerless to prevent injustice, but there must never be a time when we fail to protest.” A person is born with desires of the eyes and ears, and a liking for beautiful sights and sounds. If he gives way to them, they will lead him to immorality and lack of restriction, and any ritual principles and propriety will be abandoned. When a citizen gives his suffrage to a man of known immorality he abuses his trust; he sacrifices not only his own interest, but that of his neighbour; he betrays the interest of his country. Regardless of what society says, we can’t go on much longer in the sea of immorality without judgment. As all know, Mr. Dhuxul is our presidency spokes person and it was expected in that title should have been a quality of a person selected in the basis of moral principles and diplomatic language. Unfortunately, Mr. Dhuxul is chosen none of these qualities.

 

 It consists of set of social evaluations about the characteristics of the target. Reputation, as distinct from image, is the process and the effect of transmission of a target image.  Image and reputation are distinct objects. Both are social in two senses: they concern properties of another agent the target’s presumed attitude toward socially desirable behaviour, and they may be shared by a multitude of agents. The person with the good reputation is going to get introduced to lots of people with a positive referral. The person with the bad reputation won’t get those positive introductions. The person with no reputation won’t have anyone speak up for them at all. A good reputation is valuable. There is always a chance to improve your reputation. Our reputation represents the way others look at us and as such is at once critically important and utterly trivial. We won’t need others to think well of us though many of course do struggle with this and often find their sense of value vulnerable to the opinions of others especially their perception of the collective opinions of others. Critically important, however, because even those of us with resilient self-esteem live in a great social network   and need a good reputation for practical purposes friendship and income chief among them. It’s hard to have friends if people think you’re mean-spirited and hard to make a living in any capacity if people think you’re lazy, unreliable, or dishonest. Your reputation is in the hands of others. That’s what the reputation is. You can’t control that. The only thing you can control is your character. If I take care of my character, my reputation will take care of itself. Character is what you are. Reputation is what people think you are. The reputation is not essentially built by earning too much, learning too many things, achieving awards, bagging rewards or catapulting position to the hilt; but by unquestionably staying simple, humble , well grounded and doing nothing that makes own conscience to feel guilt. Character is like a tree and reputation like its shadow. The shadow is what we think of it; the tree is the real thing. Your brand name is only as good as your reputation.” A brand for a company is like a reputation for a person. You earn reputation by trying to do hard things well. It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you’ll do things differently. “Associate yourself with people of good quality, for it is better to be alone than in bad company. I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the colour of their skin, but by the content of their character Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are. Worry about your character, not your reputation. Your character is who you are, and your reputation is who people think you are. Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are. Our reputation is in the hands of others. That’s what the reputation is. You can’t control that. The only thing you can control is your character. Finally, We need the right person for the right job and not qualities like Duxul, as this office is the gate entrances of somaliland being the office of the president.
