President Silanyo administration considers the citizens that did not vote for him foreigners

According the human  rights  bill, all citizens are equal for job opportunities, as no one is important than the other one and no clan is more important than  the other one, as this administration  believes . Unfortunately, president discriminates his citizens against his people and his policy is identical the one used by the colonial powers, which was based divide and rule, as this policy is counter- productive reason being, this policy divides society pro and against.

The question is how can get diplomatic recognition from the international community. Even if we get diplomatic recognition from the international community, those discriminated still remain discriminated. Therefore, what will they benefit from the diplomatic recognition by those already discriminated like the people in Awdal region, the majority for the people in the eastern regions and many other Somali-land clans for the regions in Hargeisa and Burao. Discrimination is action that denies social participation or human rights to categories of people based on prejudices. This includes treatment of an individual or group based on their actual or perceived membership in a certain group or social category, “in a way that is worse than the way people are usually treated”. It involves the group’s initial reaction or interaction, influencing the individual’s actual behavior towards the group or the group leader, restricting members of one group from opportunities or privileges that are available to another group, leading to the exclusion of the individual or entities based on logical or irrational decision making. Discriminatory traditions, policies, ideas, practices, and laws exist in many countries and institutions like Somali-land, as some clans consider superior than the rest.

Human rights are the basic rights and freedoms which everyone is entitled to. We are all entitled to human rights in order to live with dignity. Human rights demand recognition and respect for the inherent dignity and value of every human being, and provide the shared values and the legal basis to ensure that everyone is protected against abuses which undermine their dignity, and give the opportunities they need to realize their full potential, free from discrimination. Silanyo administration scrapped, that the supreme Allah bestowed to every human being. This administration has denied job opportunities for large portion of Somali-land, reason being these citizens have not voted for their party. How on earth one Somali land for the majority of the minsters namely finance, education, defense and foreign. How come major contracts awarded to one clan. How come only the ministries with least importance value such as posts, social are nominated for the people in Awdal region. How come influential.

What barred them to be nominated them influential miniseries such as finance, foreign or interior? Are they second class citizens for their own country? even the Somali government has more respect for the people in Awadal region, as the foreign minister, Mr. Bayle from this region.  we express our solidarity with the people in Awdal region. Solidarity is accord that bring into being shared interests, objectives, standards, and sympathies. It refers to the principles that lead harmony that bind people together as one. What forms the basis of solidarity varies between societies. In trouble-free societies, it may be mainly based around relationship and shared values. In more multiparty societies there are various theories as to what contributes to a sense of social solidarity: it is social cohesion based upon the dependence individuals have on each other in more advanced societies. Solidarity is the integration, and degree and type of integration, shown by a society or group with people and their neighbors. It refers to the ties in a society – social relations – that bind people to one another. All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood. All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.

Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favorable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment. Everyone, without any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal work. Everyone who works has the right to just and favorable remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection. Everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit. Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all citizens without exception. This administration discriminated the citizens not for them. This type of discrimination not even happens in the days of Siyad regime. We need justices first, second and third as there is no development bigger than justices. In conclusion, we express all maximum solidarity to those discriminated like the people in Awdal region Solidarity the same pain of feeling to those discriminated , as the most important word in the language for a people having shared interest is solidarity. Solidarity comes from the inability to tolerate the affront to our own integrity of passive or active collaboration in the oppression of others, and from the deep recognition of our most expansive self-interest. From the recognition that, like it or not, our liberation is bound up with that of every other being on the planet, and that politically, spiritually, in our heart of hearts we know anything else is affordable. If we desire a society of peace, then we cannot achieve such a society through violence. If we desire a society without discrimination, then we must not discriminate against anyone in the process of building this society. If we desire a society that is democratic, then democracy must become a means as well as an end. The only difference between man and man all the world over is one of degree, and not of kind, even as there is between trees of the same species. Where in is the cause for anger, envy or discrimination?” Wind does not discriminate it touches everyone, everything. He liked that about wind.” No one is born hating another person because his origin or clan or background. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than it’s opposite.  All of us hate discrimination most intensely and in all its manifestations. We have fought against it all times and finally, we forgive, but never forgot as Nelson Mandela said. It is unfortunate that majority of Somali-land  citizens in their own country.
