Palestinian Ministry of Education says more than 12,799 students have been killed by Israel
Gaza (QJ) The Palestinian Ministry of Education has reported that more than 12,799 students have been killed by Israel in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank since the beginning of the conflict.
Most of the casualties occurred in Gaza, according to the ministry, as reported by Wafa.
At least 598 teachers and school administrators have also been killed, and 3,801 have been injured.
At least 538 students and 158 teachers and administrators have been arrested in the West Bank, with the exact number for Gaza not specified.
The ministry stated that 425 government schools, universities, and their buildings, along with 65 affiliated with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees, have been bombed by the Israeli military, causing partial or total destruction.
