Kamala Harris has states that she will not remain silent about the plight of the Palestinian

Washington July 26, 2024(QJ) -U.S. Vice President and Potential Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris has stated that she will not remain silent about the plight of the Palestinian people after meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, who is visiting the U.S.

Protests against Netanyahu’s delegation, which is seeking support from the U.S. Israel’s largest military financier – are still ongoing in Washington, DC.

Kamala Harris declined to attend Netanyahu’s meeting with the U.S. Congress on Wednesday and the meeting yesterday between Biden and the Israeli leader. It appears she wants to distance herself from the criticism directed at incumbent President Joe Biden, her party colleague, who is being accused of blindly supporting Israel.

Incumbent President Joe Biden hosted Netanyahu in his office yesterday, while many supporters of the ruling Democratic Party strongly condemned Israel’s massacre in Gaza.

Biden, facing pressure from his party’s supporters, explained his meeting with Netanyahu as an effort to discuss implementing a ceasefire to end the Gaza conflict, as he stated.
