failed to get employment from government, a number of Somali land politicians criticize the government

Many Somali land politicians criticize the government after they fail to be nominated for official post. Somali land is small country with a limited resources and it is unfeasible that every member of the government party sympathizer secure an employment from the government and therefore, the personalities classifies as this category have to hang around until their opportunity become in reality. Consequently, it is unethical criticizing the government as a result to securing an official opposition and therefore these types of Criticism is categorized as hypocrisy reason being their intention is poles apart their intentions.   

 

 

Criticism is an act of passing judgment as to the merits of anything, the act of passing severe judgment; censure; faultfinding, the act of of analyzing and evaluating or judging a quality of work, performance, deeds etc. Criticism can be constructive or destructive.The aim of constructive criticism is to see a change for the better the issue criticized, but when someone criticizes the government for other intentions and not the one that he advocates, then that is morally wrong and to be considered obstructive and half-hearted

 

  The intention of constructive criticism is not to build up but to pull down. Critics can sometimes be ruthless in passing unfavorable judgment on the qualities, character or work of a person. Many times they are insensitive to the demoralizing effects of their words on the person criticized. Taking into consideration their deeds, the same is also cataloged as hypocrisy. Hypocrisy is the state of falsely claiming to possess virtuous characteristics that one lacks. Hypocrisy involves the deception of others and is thus a kind of lie.

 

Nothing is more unjust, however common, than to charge with hypocrisy him that expresses zeal for those virtues which he neglects to practice; since he may be sincerely convinced of the advantages of conquering his passions, without having yet obtained the victory, as a man may be confident of the advantages of a voyage, or a journey, without having courage or industry to undertake it, and may honestly recommend to others, those attempts which he neglects himself. Contradictory vision of the hypocrisy is Sincerity.

 

 

Sincerity cannot be faked. Sincerity of peaceful purposes attested by deeds. Sincerity of feeling, intent and presentation touches the hearts of everyone. But what exactly defines sincerity? And how do you achieve it? No other formula exists for sincerity than to be sincere by being genuine, having faith and trust in yourself, and just being rather than trying to project something that you are not. At the same way alone as you do when in the presence of others. This is the real you and this is the person that people will warm to and trust. If you try too hard to be what you think other people want to see in you, the result will not be sincere and you will spend a lot.Criticism can be justified when one has done something wrong or behaved badly. But it is unjustified when someone merely picks on another person for no evidence, or out of personal pique. In conclusion, there are things in the world that deserve no mercy hypocrisy and fraud
