Erdogan requests Gaza response from the Muslim countries

Banjul (QJ) -The President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, has called on the Muslim world to unite to stop the attacks by Israel on the Gaza Strip.

Erdoğan made these remarks during a phone call with the President of Gambia, Adama Barrow, where they discussed their joint solidarity with the Palestinians and the agenda of the 15th Summit of Islamic Countries currently taking place in the Gambian capital, Banjul.

The President of Turkey expressed hope that the summit would produce resolutions aimed at addressing Islamic issues.

Erdoğan also condemned the political hypocrisy of Western countries regarding the attacks on Gaza.

Furthermore, President Erdoğan expressed regret that he couldn’t personally participate in the Islamic Countries’ Leaders Summit, but he sent his Foreign Minister, Hakan Fidan, who is currently in Banjul
