The rate of Autism in the military has consistently doubled the general population rate of 1 in 50. But the military is only one source of deadly TCE contamination in the United States.

Note that the study was done on 7 to 9 year olds. Given that Autism has increased at a rate of approximately 13% yearly, the rate of Autism in children under 7 years old is higher. More shocking, the rate of Autism of children being born today to Somalis in Minneapolis is likely DOUBLE the rate found in 7 to 9 year olds and continues to increase unabated.

Almost as a rule, refugees are settled in a concentrated area. Somalis in Minneapolis are no different.

In theory, since they are on municipal water supply, their drinking/bathing/cooking water is at or below the “safe” drinking standard of 5 parts per billion. However, Trichloroethylene in the aquifer enters buildings via “vapor intrusion. Note on the plume maps that houses downstream of the General Mills Superfund site exceed the “safe” vapor intrusion limits for Trichloroethylene. It should be obvious that the buildings, if “they” were so inclined to test, would also test positive above the “safe” limit as well.

But then they’d have to admit that the reason the federal government is not investing any money in finding the environmental cause of autism is because they already know.
It’s important to note that vinyl chloride is a break down product of trichloroethylene and is undisputed to cause cancer.
