Dahabshiil Bank in cahoots with Djibouti ban Somali Websites

Hargeisa(SDN)-The Bank of Dahabshiil and the dictatorial government of Djibouti are uniting their efforts to fight the Somali Independent media for their coverage of corruption of mass proportion and worst kind of corporate greed.

The Qurbejoog.com web site along with others are being targeted for exposing in what seemed to be a gross misappropriation of public funds,influence peddling and the role of Dahabshiil Bank in protecting such an abominable acts.

The Djibouti Government and Dahabshiil basically ordered Telecom companies to block these websites.

The government of Djibouti is currently after a long pursuit is the hub of Somaliland Telecom Industries,and it is that leverage that it and the Bank are using to eliminate the free thinking new media.

Both Dahabshiil and The ignoble Djibouti Regime are notorious for muscling the media,first with money and legal force.

This latest onslaught is brought on by publishing a recent attack by the Hactivist group Anonymous on Dahabshiil’s customer data which exposed a massive embezzlement of public funds on both countries.

Both entities are banking on silencing the media as a way of vindicating themselves on the corruption exposures.

But Both Dahabshiil and Djibouti Regime made a classic mistake of curiously arousing our audiences.
