A Djiboutian delegation reached Beledweyne town

BALEDWEYNE Dec 02, 2012 (SDN)—A delegation from Djibouti reached Beledweyne town the headquarters of Hiraan province today

This delegation was led by the Djiboutian defense minister Abdikarim Mohamed Kaamil, the head of Djibouti national security Hassan Sa’iid, military commander Saakariye sheikh Ibrahim and other officials.

The exact purpose of the visit has not been disclosed, though they have been visiting bases of AMISOM troops from Djibouti in Beledweyne the headquarters of Hiraan region.

This delegation was received by the government of Somalia officials in the region and they were taken to the Djiboutian forces base in Beledweyne situated on the outskirts of the town.

The Djiboutian defense minister held talks with the Hiraan officials and they discussed defense issues and the Djiboutian forces operations.

Djibouti has its forces inside Somalia under the umbrella AMISOM and they have their base in Beledweyne the headquarters of Hiraan province.
