Kuwaiti delegation arrives in Somaliland

 

Hargeisa, 27 May 2013(SDN) –A delegation of the Kuwati Baitu Zaka Releif organization has arrived in Somaliland on Monday to assess the Kuwait-funded projects in Somaliland. The five member delegation led by the Director of foreign projects of Baitu Zaka Releif organization Abdalla Hayder and accompanied by the secretary of Kuwait medical doctors association Dr. Kalid Al Hindi, will assess the already completed and on-going Kuwait-funded projects in Somaliland. A press release issued by the director of Relief at the ministry of Rehabilitation and reconstruction, Saed Abdi Gabobe also said that the visiting Kuwaiti delegation will implement new projects in the country. Kuwait has funded the ongoing re-modernization of Hargeisa’s Egal international airport.
