57 killed in Gaza in the last 24 hours

Gaza May 13, 2024 (QJ)-The Gaza Ministry of Health has reported that 57 people were killed by Israeli airstrikes, in the last 24 hours, adding 82 others were injured.
Since the October 7th attacks by Israel, a total of 35,091 people have been killed in Gaza due to Israeli airstrikes, and 78,827 have been injured, according to the ministry.
The death toll does not include several thousand people believed to be missing in Gaza since October 7th.
The number of civilian casualties resulting from Israeli military airstrikes has sparked international condemnation and calls for restraint in the country.
The United States has recently criticized Israel’s “excessive use of force” as its top officials announced plans for a major offensive operation in the southern city of Rafah.
