Israeli forces target Al-Fakhura school, killing 60

Gaza November 18, 2023 (QJ)-Additional information is coming out of an attack by Israel last night on the Al-Fakhura school managed by UN’s UNRWA. At least 60 people have reportedly died in the attack on the school where thousands of displaced people were seeking shelter.

Footage from the school located in the Jabaliya district showed the devastation caused by the deadly attack.
Al-Fakhura school is one of the largest in Gaza and is supported by UNRWA.

The attack took place two days after UNRWA reported that Israel was targeting its facilities.
Another airstrike on Saturday by Israel targeted the Jabaliya district, resulting in the death of at least 32 civilians from the same family.

This incident adds to the challenges faced by Al-Shifa Hospital as it continues to treat the injured and the residents of the area.
