Muqdisho Feb 03, 2023(QJ) – The military court of Somalia has executed four soldiers today Thursday who were members of different branches of the Somali military, including the military, security forces, and police.

The military court stated that these soldiers were responsible for the killing of other soldiers who were working with them.

The executions took place at the Police academy and in the presence of military court officials.

There are other government soldiers who have recently been sentenced to death by the first-degree military court and are awaiting execution, including two soldiers who murdered two innocent civilians in the Xamar Weyne and Bal’ad districts for 5,000 Somali shillings.
