Somaliland President Muse Bihi Abdi Arrives In Djibouti for first trip

Djibouti 06. January 2018 (SDN/QJ):-The President of the Republic, His Excellency Ismail Omar Guelleh, hosted today at l’ international airport, the new president of the self-proclaimed Republic of somaliland, Mr Moussa Bihi Abdi, on an official visit of 48 hours to Djibouti.

During a first interview at the VIP lounge at the airport, the president of the republic and Mr. Moussa Bihi spoke together of the state of collaboration between our country and the self-proclaimed Republic of somaliland.

 

Djibouti and somaliland have a privileged relationship, woven through history, and share a common border and sister populations.

 

In addition to an important volume of economic and commercial exchange, the republic of Djibouti and somaliland also maintain active and multisectoral cooperation.
