The Somali prime minister received message of congratulation from his Ethiopian counterpart Mogadishu, December 22, 2013…… His Excellency Abdiweli Sheikh Ahmed received message of congratulation from his Ethiopian counterpart His Excellency Hailemariam Desalegn on his appointment and approval as the prime minister of the federal republic of Somalia.
