Somaliland’s House of Assembly Passes 2016 Budget
HARGEISA— Somaliland’s house of national assembly approved the government’s 2016 budget on Sunday.
The parliament held series of debates on the national budget and were divided when it comes to approving it.
Having the house passed it but stated that certain issues must be addressed before approving it.
The First Deputy House Speaker Hon. Bashe Mohamed Farah has read the decision reached by house members who has presided over the session.
More than 40 MPs have endorsed the approval of 2016 budget while 5 members have rejected it.
