Siilaanyo Ministers All Holding Shares In All Foreign & Local Investments Somaliland Got!
Since Kulmiye came to power there has been an immense abuse of power, public funds and foreign investments in which all the entire cabinet of Silaanyo have been using as individual profit gain.
For instance if I as an example i take the public health care sectors there is a huge pharmaceutical smuggling that the government is aware not mentioning the danger it has to Somaliland population whose health well-being is jeopardized by the government in which they put their trust and elected hoping to have in return a better governance and an enhanced better future. But all that innocence plus the good hearth of the people was in vain a lost cause, because today there are some big pharmaceutical business men here in Somaliland who don’t have a single sense of humanity who bring expired drugs that circulate in Somaliland with the free clearance of the ministry of health that doesn’t properly do their job by inspecting because of the so long existing deep corruption that enriched them going up straight the presidency which is linked and holds shares. There is also the augmenting numbers of private clinics and the foreign medical personals that keeps on growing which are never been inspected nor have the proper work permits or been checked if their licence is valid following the procedures of a full background check in which they never been put too. All those things that am enlightening are all true facts and do exist in here Somaliland which have never been publicly debated. The negligence of SIILAANYO government doesn’t end there but goes far beyond and deep into his cabinet leaving all the government bodies corrupted.
The other thing which I would like to comment on is how irresponsible are our ministers. The investments of Genel The petroleum company and Hass petroleum which is an East African company that imports brut which is so interested in Somaliland and wants to replace Total after the cancelation of Totals contract by the government.
Hass Petroleum gave one of the ministers specially the very influential so that they got the position of Total which is still vacant. With Genel it is quiet different under the backing of another minister all the recruitment personnel and car renting so as local procurements and security goes to one of SIILAANYO clan related figures. If I try to pin point the so many ministers who gain profit of their positions as minister it will take me probably 250 pages but am gonna be brief because those who were suppose to work for the country are all holding some shares in some businesses or with a business man by using their power and facilitating so many things and do gain profit. Even in all ministries logistic procurements are used as and individual gain and they do all hold their profit gain even by refurnishing an office can cost for example 500000£ when we all know that It doesn’t even cost 10000£ but luckily gets into our ministers pockets.
There is also the so many flourishing Mansions every minister that get appointed to office quickly start to build by not even been in office for a month.
Our entire government is not only corrupted but the new thing now is the shares they hold in every big businesses in Somaliland and how well informed we all are Somalilanders but always do debate about it in tea-shops by never standing against the misuse of public funds and do pay our taxes that keeps enriching our ministers.
