Somalia:Ethiopian troops arrest senior military Somali officers in Baidoa

Baidoa(SDN)-Ethiopian forces in the southern Somali city Baidoa have arrested senior military officers of the Somali transitional government according to sources in that city.

The Ethiopian arrest came after a rift between the Somali administration in Bay region which baidoa in the center,according to a sources in Baidoa.

Aadan Doodshe the head of the Somali Military in Bay region and Aadan Biid the Police commander in Bay where arrested in Wednesday,and are in the central jail.

Somali Government is yet to comment on the arrest of these senior officers and the rift between the regional officials.

The Ethiopian forces re-interred Somalia last year to gave a helping to the fractured Somalia Forces who where fighting a loosing battle with the extremist group Al Shabaab.

The Ethiopian forces in Somalia are not a part of the UN mandated African Union Forces AMISOM in Somalia.

Somalia have been without a central Government since the collapse of the Siad Bare regime in 1991.
