Silanyo administration barred employment, education to over 70 % of Somaliland society, we are obliged to look for assistances else including the Somali federal government in Mogadishu

The injustices in Somali-land has reached to the point to the level where no can be silent and therefore all of us is obliged to speak against this injustices, as injustices to someone is injustices to all of us. Somali-land did not belong to a particular group, clan or segment of the society, Unfortunately in reality, it appears that, the resources and the tax collected from all the citizens is gifted only to particular part of the society and over 70 % of the society are barred and disqualified for the resources of their country. In reality, there is no peace greater than justices; there is no wealth bigger than justices. There are no development bigger tan justices. There is no poverty worst than injustices. Justice which is absent from Somali-land is the act of passing write judgement on a particular issue. While injustice is the act of passing wrong judgement that is the act of favouritism.  Playing favourites is one of the most damaging problems in any group of people. Leaders who practice favouritism in the workplace have no chance to build a culture of trust. In business schools, they teach that the antidote for playing favourites is to treat everyone the same way. But this is a trap that can cause problems because it ignores the simple fact that all people are different. It is very shame to favour someone or clan either because of same clan or because you can get something in return such as getting his vote during election and that is typically the policy adapted by Silanyo administration.  We should not show any partiality to princes nor regards the rich above the poor, as all of them are human being works on their hands. When different people have different terms in work, income (or wealth) in a society, there is economic inequality. The concept Justice and Injustice are relative terms that is there is no general or universal acceptable definition of Justice and Injustice because what could be just to one person may be unjust to another; therefore, the yardstick or parameter is dependent on the circumstance in which the concept is used. Haven said that, I will say what is fair, of good conscience, modest and what will not result into conflict, can be said to be just. On the other hand whatever thing that will not be generally accepted and can result into conflict that is inhuman and not fair to all parties involved can be said to be unjust. The concepts are words of two side of the coin. Justice has evolved as a concept to regulate cooperation between people within a group and between groups of people. Justice specifies solutions to conflicts that arise among people with different values and behaviours. Principles of justice therefore govern social interaction. The fundamental question is whether the rules of justice are fair and fairly applied. When they are, conflict is reduced. When they are not, peace is either kept by oppression and force or there is conflict. Conflict indicates that someone is experiencing significant injustice. Since all of us are true citizens of this country, we do n’t know why some of are privileged and some are discriminated considering the fact that no one is above the law and no one under the law.

There will be no justice as long as man will stand with a knife or with a gun and destroy those who are weaker than he is. Freedom and Justice are twin sisters. Everyone should feel that the rule of law is part of his or her property. It is extremely important that the rule of law no longer be perceived only to few .It is something for every single person – from the rural people in the fields through the fisherman up to the highest position in power and every clan of the society. Everyone should feel that the rule of law is part of his or her property. President administration gifted the resources of our country to few individual and one or two clans of the society, as he divided the society fortunate ones and unfortunates’ ones. This is equal to discrimination. Inequality can be understood as parity in the enjoyment of fundamental rights and freedoms, and equality of opportunities with regards to education and work and the fulfilment of one’s potential. Equity relates to a degree of equality in the living conditions of people, especially in terms of income and wealth, that society considers desirable. Reduction of inequalities is then justified by equity considerations. Equality stressed that a people-cantered approach to development must be based on the principles of equity and equality, so that all individuals have access to resources and opportunities. Equality of action social justice, equity and equality reflect the concept of a just society ensuring the equitable distribution of income and greater access to resources through equity and equality of opportunity for all. We need Public policies to correct and promote equity and social justice. We identified several ways to promote equality and social justice: Ensuring people are equal before law. Sociologists see society as a stratification system that is based on a hierarchy of power (the ability to direct someone else’s behaviour), privilege (honour and respect), and prestige (income, wealth, and property), which leads to patterns of social inequality. Inequality is about who gets what, how they get it, and why they get it. Social inequality is typically tied to race, gender, and class, with whites, males, those with higher education levels, and those with higher income levels sitting at the top of the hierarchy.

Social inequality is characterized by the existence of unequal opportunities and rewards for different social positions or statuses within a group or society. It contains structured and recurrent patterns of unequal distributions of goods, wealth, opportunities, rewards, and punishments. There are two main ways to measure social inequality: inequality of conditions, and inequality of opportunities. Inequality of conditions refers to the unequal distribution of income, wealth and material goods. Inequality of opportunities refers to the unequal distribution of “life chances” across individuals. This is reflected in measures such as level of education, health status, and treatment by the criminal justice system. For example, why do consider upper-class to some clans typically have more opportunities for wealth and success and consider lower-class to some clans? Sociologically, we can study social inequality as a social problem that encompasses three dimensions: objective structural conditions, ideological supports, and social reforms. Objective structural conditions include things that can be objectively measured and that contribute to social inequality. Sociologists study how things like educational attainment, wealth, poverty, occupations, and power lead to the social inequality between individuals and groups of people. Ideological supports include things that support the social inequality present in a society. Sociologists examine how things such as formals laws, public policies, dominant values, etc. both lead to social inequality and help sustain social inequality. Social reforms are thing such as organized resistance, protest groups, and social movements. Sociologists study how these social reforms help shape or change social inequality that exists in a society. What impact do they have, how long does the change last (is it a temporary change or does it lead to permanent change), and how are these social reforms started and organized?

If president administration fail to restorer justices with regards education, work opportunities, then are obliged to look for assistance even it costs us to seek from the Somali federal government, as we cannot be silent since majority of somalilanders in particular the people from the Awdal region, the people in the eastern parts of Somali-land and majority of other clans living in the middle regions of Somaliland in contrast with other clans.   In reality, at present the treat we have observed is lack of justices in Somaliland and not from anywhere else including the Somali the Somali federal government. The prime responsibility of the father and mother is to educate their children. The prime need of the graduate from the university is to get an employment to look his parents, get married and contribute to the society.  The prime need of mature grown girl is to get married for working male. However, at present none of these are out of sight in Somali-land. Human being live on hopes, however, there is no crisis worst than giving up hope. The question is how long we can live this discouraging circumstance. Injustices are like slavery and apartheid, poverty is not natural. It is man-made and it can be overcome and eradicated by the actions of human beings.”The law should be a shield for the weak and powerless, not a club for the powerful. Treat people as if they were what they should be, and you help them become what they are capable of becoming. Equal justice under law is not merely a caption on the facade of the Supreme Court building; it is perhaps the most inspiring ideal of our society. It is one of the ends for which our entire legal system exists…it is fundamental that justice should be the same, in substance and availability, without regard to economic status. Concepts of justice must have hands and feet…to carry out justice in every case in the shortest possible time and the lowest possible cost.”It is one of the most beautiful compensations of this life that no man can sincerely try to help another without helping himself. Most of the important things in the world have been accomplished by people who have kept on trying when there seemed to be no hope at all.”I am only one; but still I am one. I cannot do everything, but still I can do something; I will not refuse to do the something I can do.”No person was ever honoured for what he received. Honour has been the reward for what he gave.

Wherever a man turns he can find someone who needs him.”We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”Remember, we all stumble, every one of us. That’s why it’s a comfort to go hand in hand.”Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”Great things are not done by impulse, but by a series of small things brought together. One vote, one act or one person can change the course of history “I also thought of the lawyers who daily and tirelessly labour in the vineyards of justice – men and women who represent their clients with integrity, ethics and professionalism, and who think nothing of it as that is what lawyers do. “Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.Where justice is denied, where poverty is enforced, neither persons nor property will be. If we do not maintain justice, justice will not maintain us. Poverty is a veil that obscures the face of greatness.””Justice delayed is justice denied.”You must be the change you wish to see in the world. Our Constitution is clan-blind and In respect of our origin or clan as all citizens are equal before the law. The humblest is the peer of the most powerful. The failure to invest in civil justice is directly related to the increase in criminal disorder.

The more people feel there is injustice the more it becomes part of their psyche.”It is from numberless diverse acts of courage and belief that human history is shaped. Each time a man stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope. The future does not belong to those who are content with today, apathetic toward common problems and their fellow man alike, timid and fearful in the face of bold projects and new ideas. Rather, it will belong to those who can blend passion, reason and courage in a personal commitment to the great enterprises and ideals of Somali-land society.”Without equal access to the law, the system not only robs the poor of their only protection, but it places it in the hands of their oppressors the most powerful and ruthless weapon ever created.”There can be no equal justice where the kind of trial a man gets depends on the amount of money he has.” Equality before the law in a true democracy is a matter of right. It cannot be a matter of charity or of favour or of grace or of discretion.”Equal justice under law is not merely a caption on the facade of the Supreme Court building; it is perhaps the most inspiring ideal of our society. It is one of the ends for which our entire legal system exists. It is fundamental that justice should be the same, in substance and availability, without regard to economic status.”To withhold the equal protection of the laws is to undermine the entire structure and threaten it with collapse. To deny law or justice to any person is, in actual effect, to outlaw them by stripping them of their only protection. It is for such reasons that freedom and equality of justice are essential to a democracy and that denial of justice is the short cut to anarchy. We are at the moment when our lives must be placed on the line if our nation is to survive its own folly. Every man of humane convictions must decide on the protest that best suits his convictions, but we must all protest. In conclusion democracy based on injustices is even worse than the dictatorship regimes. We cannot accept someone to take our dignity and discriminate us from the rest of the clans in 21st century.
