Each year we score countries on how corrupt their public sectors are seen to be. Corruption Perceptions Index sends a powerful message and governments have been forced to take notice and act. Behind these numbers is the daily reality for people living in these countries. The index cannot capture the individual frustration of this reality, but it does capture the informed views of analysts, business people and experts in countries around the world. Therefore, Somali-land attends business conferences, we should our house from corruption, by then we can influence others investing our country, as the level of corruption is the main factor of attraction.  We cannot plant seeds on infertile ground soil. It is rich in nutrients necessary for basic plant nutrition, including nitrogen. It contains sufficient minerals of various types including chlorine, magnesium, sulphur, zinc etc. It contains soil organic matters that improves soil moisture retention and without these minerals, the possibly the seed to grow is impossible. The soil is the great connector of lives, the source and destination of all. It is the healer and restorer and resurrector, by which disease passes into health, age into youth, and death into life. Without proper care for it we can have no community, because without proper care for it we can have no life. Personal relationships are the fertile soil from which all advancement, all success, all achievement in real life grows. You have to stand guard over the development and maintenance of Islamic democracy, Islamic social justice and the equality of manhood in your own native soil.” Man takes root at his feet, and at best he is no more than a potted plant in his house or carriage till he has established communication with the soil by the loving and magnetic touch of his soles to it.
