President Silanyo appoints State Minister at Ministry of Livestock

Hargeisa, Jun 26, 2013 (SDN) – Somaliland president Ahmed Mohamed Mohamoud Silanyo has appointed Mr Abdirahman Jama Abdalle as the Minister of State for livestock.
A presidential decree #JSL/M/XERM/249-1854/062013 released on the 26th June by presidential spokesman read, “the head of state in conformity with section 2, Article 90 of the Somaliland constitution, and in view of the importance ministerial posts have to national development and after having ascertained the capabilities of the selected individual to undertake public service and ministerial mandate hereby announce that as from today the Abdirahman Jama Abdalle is appointed as a state minister for livestock”.
