Mr. Gaboobe assumes that if he threaten and intimidate THE GOVERMENT, he will obtain his unlawful demands
Mr. Gaboobe assumes that in the event he threatens and intimidate the government, this will facilitate him to gain his unlawful yearnings and perhaps this immoral practice has produced him successful benefits in the past. A threat is an act of coercion wherein an act of provocation against the legal institutions and Intimidation is behavior to make someone impose feels afraid to another one to facilitate and gain illegal interest as Mr. Gaboobe practiced on various occasions.
Recently he lobbied mysterious company to get oil exploration rights from Somali land being proxy agent. Proxy companies functionally provide financial benefits for local agent in exchange services done on behalf of the company for access information and these companies are not specifically regulated by a branch of government. As such, they are not accountable to any oversight body and must create their own best practice standards.
This is considered as corrupt business practices that undermine the Sovereign nation. When he failed to succeed government acceptance for illegal business, he started a campaign of propaganda against the government official who stood against his unlawful interest.However, his illegal, practice which was unsuccessful is the daily conversation for the people both at home overseas.
It is evident that Mr. Gaboobe disregards business ethics which is a form of applied ethics that examines ethical principles and moral or ethical problems that arise in a business environment. It applies to all aspects of business conduct and is relevant to the conduct of individuals. Business ethics has both normative and descriptive dimensions. As a corporate practice and a career specialization, the field is primarily normative. Internationally every country has its rules and regulations of investment policy and adherence of these are mandatory to every individual or investors. Mr Gaboobe believes that Somali land does not worth to exit if he his demands will be secured even though his means to reach his demands is illegal, but he failed to remember that, the era of threatening and intimating government official is draw to a close and therefore, Mr Gaboobe must look and find out another means or method to secure his illegal end met.
Intimidation is a criminal offense all over the world. A person commits the offense of intimidation when, with the purpose to cause another to perform or to omit the performance of any act, the person communicates to another, under circumstances that reasonably tend to produce a fear that it will be carried out, a threat to perform without lawful authority. Telling the truth to you is Integrity; telling the truth to others is Honesty; telling the truth with no fear or intimidation is bravity and being free from falsehood is Purity. We must treat intimation as a dangerous crime which is subject to penalizing by law. In conclusion, the government should bow down of his illegal tactics and lift the ban from his news network which is considered against our national security and stability.
