Israeli forces withdraw from Jabalia
Gaza -Photos from central and western Jabalia after the withdrawal of Israeli forces show widespread destruction, with the northern Gaza administration warning residents not to return.
The streets in the area are covered in rubble, with most buildings either collapsed or heavily damaged, and the UN HQ and a school that served as a shelter for Gaza residents have been burned down.
People attempting to enter the area have been hit and injured by drones.
The Northern Regional Emergency Committee issued a notice on Thursday morning, urging “citizens to be patient and not to return” as “there are still dangerous remnants” left by the Israeli forces.
They added that “the bombings in these areas are still ongoing.”
Local journalists also reported that the Israeli military had withdrawn from the center and west of Jabalia camp but remained present in the north and east.
