Israeli forces target Polio vaccination clinics in Gaza

Gaza November 01, 2024(QJ)-Polio vaccination clinics in Gaza were targeted by Israeli Forces today, according to eyewitness reports.

There are many casualties resulting from these attacks. At least three children were injured in the latest attack.

The polio vaccination campaign has resumed despite challenges faced by the World Health Organization (WHO), UNICEF, and the Palestinian Ministry of Health. They were denied entry and were previously unable to pass through southern Gaza to reach the city.

However, in another area in northern Gaza, thousands of children will not receive the polio vaccine because it is inaccessible. Israeli forces do not allow UNICEF, WHO, or the Palestinian Ministry of Health to reach these areas.

There has been a blockade in place for more than three weeks now without food, water, medicine, or aid.
