Hargaysa 26. April 2017 (SDN/QJ):- When no one else to write about the hargeisa deliberately to leave my pen choice of vocabulary that wants unconditionally, and found me talking about the most important characteristic hargeisa, it’s love and safety.

حينما هممت أن أكتبعن هرجيسا تعمدت أنأترك لقلمي الحرية فياختيار المفردات التي يريد دونقيد أو شرط ،فوجدتني أتحدث عن أهمما تتميز به هرجيسا، إنه الحبوالأمان .

كانت زيارتي الأولى لهذهالبلدة الطيبة قبل أربعسنوات حيث كانت عنديمهمة واحدة وهي الاطمئنانعلى سير إجراءات اختيارالأرض الجديدة لمشروعنا الاستيراتيجيوالمتمثل في بناء مجمعالكويت التعليمي أحد أكبر المشاريعالتنموية التي تديرها المؤسساتالخيرية في صوماليلاند ،لم ألتق بالكثير آنذاكلقصر مدة الزيارة التيلم تتجاوز يوم واحدفقط ، لكني أدركتحينما أن مشاعر الشوقوالحب قد بدأت تنسجخيوطها في قلبي اتجاهالمدينة الجديدة .

خرجت منها وأنا واثقمن عودتي لها فيالقريب العاجل ، لتتوالىالزيارات لأجد من أهلهاكل الحب والمودة والدعموكأنها تقول لي : أهلاًبك في بيتك وبينأهلك وأحبابك ، يجسدونبذلك نبل كرمهم وطيبأخلاقهم وصدق مشاعرهم التيلا تخالطها الظنون ،بل يقين كامنٌ فيالنفوس بأننا اخترنا المكانالصحيح .

كنت أعتقد أن الأمانهو نتيجة لفرض هيبةالدولة والقوانين المنظمة لعلاقة الناسببعضهم البعض أو أنكترى المظاهر العسكرية التيتجعلك تنضبط مضطراً أوخائفاً من العقوبة ،وكما قيل من أمنالعقوبة أساء الأدب ،ولكني وجدت أمراً آخرفي هرجيسا .. وجدت الناس تحبالأمن والأمان لدرجة أنكتضع الأموال في الشوارعدون حراسة والنَّاس تأمنبعضها البعض ، فلازجاج مضاد للرصاص ولاحواجز تمنعك من الاقترابلمسافة كبيرة أو تكونمجبراً لوضع خزنة كبيرةلحفظ المال من السرقة.

عادة أوصي من معيفي اغلب المناطق أنلا نخرج من الفندقدون حماية ، وخاصةفي فترة المساء ،ولكنني في هرجيسا قررتأن أسير مشياً علىالأقدام في شوارعها وأسواقهاالآمنة ، فأحسست أنهناك أمل يجمعهم ،وروح تسري بين قلوبهم، وأماني يسعونلتحقيقها ، ورغبة جامحةلتحدي العالم كله منأجل أبناءهم حتى يعيشوامستقبلاً أفضل مختلف عنماضيهم وحاضرهم .

هرجيساتستحق أن تكون عاصمةالأمل، وشبابها وبناتها همذلك الوقود الذي سيعليشانها ، وعقلاءها الذينحموا ماضيها وحاضرها همذخرها الذي لن يزول، بل سيبقىشاهداً على تلك الصورةالجميلة التي سيرسمونها بأجملألوان الحياة .

I think that safety is the prestige of the state and laws regulating people’s relationship with each other or you see military appearances that makes you have to be controlled or afraid of punishment, as has been said of inhuman security abused literature, but I found something else in hargeisa .. I found people like security and ensure that you put money in the streets unguarded and people believe in each other, not bulletproof glass and barriers stop you from getting close to be pretty or be forced to develop a safe great saving money from Theft.

 

Usually recommend from me in most areas that don’t get out of the hotel without protection, especially during the evenings, but I’m in hargeisa decided to walk on foot in the streets and market safe, so I felt that there is hope to gather them, and apply Between their hearts, and I seek to achieve her desire to challenge the whole world for their kids even live better future different from their past and their present.

 

Hargeisa deserve to be capital of hope, youth and their daughters that they will uphold the fuel would mentally, and they protected her past and present are an asset to her that won’t go away, but will remain a witness to this picture of the beautiful sketches done Her most beautiful colours of life.
