Hargeisa Electricity Agency Employee Shot and Seriously Hurt by Unknown Assailant
Hargeisa, 20 Dec 2013 (SDN) -A revival of the assassination attempts on public figures in Somaliland is seen in the shooting yesterday of Ilyas Da’ud Ibrahim, the human resource manager of Hargeisa Electricity Agency, who was seriously injured when an unknown assailant fired three shots at him and escaped.
