Fair evaluation between our parliament and house of elders using truthful matrices

I am conducting neural evaluation by using a systematic determination of a subject’s merit, worth and significance, using criteria governed by a set of standard. As we all familiar with, our present parliament was elected on popular vote. Our parliament consists of 82 members. Although some members of the parliament were obtained a casted votes of almost 9,000, let us consider the average casted vote of each member as 4,500 only. This gives us a total of 369,000 votes for all members of the parliament.

Now consider the efforts and the finance exhausted to conducting almost 370,000.00 voters. Now let us convert the effort of each 370,000 voters into currency. Consider the efforts of each person only as seven dollars per person. This gives us to total expenditure of US $ 2,590,000.00. The capital contributed by our donors to run the election is extra at cost. Possibly this gives over US £ 10 million. That means our parliament cost to Somali-land over 10 million dollars.

Secondly our present government which scored successive achievements will not come to the office unless present parliament voted for change against the former regime, which did not attained any notable achievement in its eight year in office.Another by-product significance of the current government is birth of new political party (Wadani) as this is considered one the leading national parties in Somali-land .

Without the present government under the leadership of Ahmed Mohamed, this party would have not come into existence. During the three years in office, our parliament has passed various bills and constitutional amendments, which is beneficial to country.

With respect to our housed of elders, first and foremost they were not elected, but appointed on group interest and not by patriotic agenda. Many of them were nominated without the consent of their which they represent. Formerly, they were more close and connected and in favor with the former regime. That means, they were against any change that could happen in Somali-land.

That means our house of elders were part of the lack of progress in Somali land for last eight years Many of them become members just the death of their parents, which is looks like heredity. Now review the two explanations detailed above and select the one that we feel beneficial to the public.

Considering the logic and the common sense, it is obvious, our parliament without hesitation holds more beneficial and advantageous to the society than the house of elders. In conclusion, we should not blame our parliament for the sake of one day incident which possibly will not occur again.
