Beesha Ciidagale ee Uk oo Samaystay Gudi Eidagale community in United Kingdom elected talented and energetic youth association known as Somaliland Youth Council Association Coalition (SYCAC) who believes the ideology serving their community at home is the rent they pay for room on this earth.‏

While forming community association, certain conditions apply which one of them is should free from conflict of interest which is a situation the person mandated to work for the community has multi interest contrary to the obligation mandated and benefit the name of the community to serve his/her/their self interest. When our community at home have inner peace, then we also we have peace with those around us. The aim of the subject meeting was to empowerment our local communities at home taken into account their prime priorities. The aim of the meeting was to demonstrate solidarity with the underprivileged portions of our society since they are part of our identity. Furthermore, the vision and the mission of the meeting was to send them a signal indicating that, their relatives on overseas engaged how to lend to them and that, they are not forgotten.  After a lengthy discussions in details and identified the core of their prime needs, a young talented, energetic community committee has been appointed.

It was decided that, the newly appointed committee will make an initial mapping for every respected small settlements wherein our local communities at home populated. Their initial survey is identifying the total population live in each small settlement; identify the existing community development facilities such as schools and medical related issues. Upon identify the existing facilities in the case of any, then an appropriate decision taken into account the respective prime needs of each small settlement. The youth committee nominated are free from conflict of interest, as their mission is only focused on community development and they will function in the form of community development workers, which is help communities to bring about social change and improve the quality of life in their local area. They work with individuals, families and whole communities to empower them. A community development worker often acts as a link between communities at home and their overseas relatives working in the form of volunteers. We reserve our deepest respect and admiration for those who volunteer for service and give their lives to help keep our nation secure. Accept the fact that we have to treat almost anybody as a volunteer. Doing nothing for others is the undoing of us. It’s impossible to be involved in all situations, but there’s no excuse not to be involved something good for your local community, as volunteering to help others is the right thing to do, and it also boosts personal happiness. “The purpose of life is not limited to be, but also useful to the unfortunate and disadvantaged portion m of our society o be honorable and compassionate to them. The newly appointed committee will guided by their policy and procedure that governs them reason being this will highlight the duties and the function of each of them.  Policies and procedures clarify what each association wants to do and how to do it. Policies are clear, simple statements of how your organisation intends to conduct its services, actions or business. They provide a set of guiding principles to help with decision making. Procedures describe how each policy will be put into action in your organisation. Each procedure should outline that will do what, what steps they need to take and which forms or documents to use. Procedures might just be a few bullet points or instructions. Sometimes they work well as forms, checklists, instructions or flowcharts. Policies and their accompanying procedures will vary between workplaces because they reflect the values, approaches and commitments of a specific organisation and its culture. But they share the same role in guiding your organisation.There are many great men in each country of the world that shaped history in view of helping his local community and Cyril Richard Rescorla is good same sample for such great men. Cyril Richard was the fire fighters who saved the lives of hundreds of follow citizens in the twin tower attach in September 11, 2001. Cyril Richard Rescorla lost his life by serving his country man.  He was a retired United States Army officer of British birth. Below is how the incident has happen. On September 11, 2001 at 8.46 in the morning, American Airlines Flight 11 struck.  World Trade Centre Tower 1. Cyril Richard Rescorla heard the explosion and saw the Tower burning from his office window. When a Port Authority announcement came over the P.A. system urging people to stay at their desks, Rescorla ignored the announcement, grabbed his bullhorn, walkie-talkie and cell phone, and began systematically ordering Morgan Stanley employees to evacuate, including the 1,000 employees in WTC 5.

He directed people down a stairwell from the 44th floor, continuing to calm employees after the building lurched violently following the crash of the second plane 38 floors above. Morgan Stanley executive Bill McMahon stated that even a group of 250 people visiting the offices for a stockbroker training class knew what to do because they had been shown the nearest stairway. Rescorla had boosted morale among his men in Vietnam by singing Cornish songs from his youth, and now he did the same in the stairwell, singing songs like one based on the Welsh song “Men of Harlech”. Between songs, Rescorla called his wife, telling her, “Stop crying. I have to get these people out safely. If something should happen to me, I want you to know I’ve never been happier. You made my life.” After successfully evacuating most of Morgan Stanley’s 2,687 employees, he went back into the building. When one of his colleagues told him he too had to evacuate Rescorla replied, “As soon as I make sure everyone else is out”. He was last seen on the 10th floor, heading upward, shortly before the tower collapsed. His remains were never found. At the National 9/11 Memorial, Rescorla is memorialized at the South Pool, on Panel S-46.

No doubt our country has many great men like Cyril Richard Rescorla who lost their lives for the sacrifice of our home land. Even our overseas Diasporas will not the challenges like the one of the above great man   (Cyril Richard Rescorla), however remembering and lending hand to our unfortunate segment of our society at home has an equal dimensions to that of the above great man. There are countless heroes throughout history that deserve of greater recognition and appreciation by their countrymen, in order words remarkable individuals who have impacted in the recent history. Had we translate our dreams into reality, certainly we will be empowered by inner satisfaction. The greatest good you can do for another is not just share your riches, but reveal to him his own. had we contributed our community at home, then  we passed the examination of  moral test of a society which  how our diasporas overseas treats those who are in the dawn of life. Volunteers are not servants, but volunteers are partners working together for improving and cooperating for good purpose brings strength.  All the community members attended the event have promised to provide whatever possible assistance how to turn their  responsibilities assigned to them be fruitful and translate their volunteering work noticeable in the grounds at home.

In collusion, Eidagale community in United Kingdom elected talented and energetic youth association known as Somaliland Youth Council Association Coalition (SYCAC) who believes the ideology that dictates serving their community at home is paying rent on earth. This newly elected youth will work in parallel with the two existing community associations Gacanqabad and Gaaroode women associations, as both associations has played a very noticeable role in the ground since they were formed. These two associations collected hundreds of US dollars from our community in UK which was partially financed for the road project that connects Hargeisa to Salahlay which is almost more than half completed  Gaaroode women association apart being taken a leading role for the road project, additionally they engages plenty of human developments faculties such hospitals, schools and dispensaries in small settlement. As many may acknowledge,

Gaaroode women association entirely financed the medical equipments bought for Salahlay hospital which its benefits highly noticed by the local community living in that district and nearby localities. Zooming all the above, success seems to be promising.

When a new day begins, dare to smile gratefully and when you feel great, dare to help someone else feel great too. When the day has ended, dare to feel as you’ve done your best.Dare to be the best you can. A man is a success if he gets up in the morning and gets to bed at night, and in between he does what he wants to do. The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack in will. All I can say Gacanqabad ,Gaaroode and SYCAC are three in one in the view being shared an identical vision.By three methods we may learn wisdom: First, by reflection, which is noblest; second, by imitation, which is easiest; and third by experience, which is the bitterest. Life is divided into three terms – that which was, which is, and which will be. Let us learn from the past to profit by the present, and from the present, to live better in the future. The three great essentials to achieve anything worthwhile are: Hard work, Stick-to-itiveness, and Common sense. There are three constants in life.change, choice and principles. The best way to feel happiness in life is to get up and do something and do not wait for good things to happen unless you start first. If you go out and make some good things happen, you will fill the community with hope, you will fill yourself with hope.
