BUROA— Somaliland authority has freed today an independent reporter without charge yesterday after being arrested for instigating violence in the country.

The deputy chairman of Somaliland Jouranlists Association (SOLJA) Mr. Kayse Ahmed Digale has brokered the release of Mr. Abdimalik Muse Oldon who spent 9 days in government captivity.

The country’s supreme court has made the order to free the journalist who was arrested on fueling and instigating violence in the country following a man of ethnic Ethiopian Oromo has been arrested in suspicion of killing an innocent young daughter and later eating her flesh.

Somaliland, a small country without an international recognition always comes under fire from human rights activists in the world for its crack down of reporters without abiding journalism laws.
