Hargeisa, 07 July 2013 (SDN) –—The internationally acclaimed Somali cartoonist Amin Arts has published a cartoon depicting Somaliland’s minister of presidency Hirsi Ali Haji Hassan as president Silaanyo’s other invisible hand or real leader.

The cartoon depicts minister Hirsi inside armless president Silanyo’s suite and terrified Somaliland citizen saying like this: “Oh! There is a man inside the man we elected as the president of Somaliland”
