Ailing Elder returns to Somaliland

HARGEISA-— Hon. Haji Abdikarim Husein Abdi Warabe, member of Somaliland’s house of elders who left to the neighboring countries on medical grounds has today returned to Hargeisa.

Mr. Abdi Warabe has been suffering from an ailment that caused him to be taken to Ethiopia.

Mr. Abdi Warabe is among the members of Somaliland elders who stood up for the pacification of Somaliland in the post war. He also played a crucial role when it comes to the rebuilding of Somaliland’s statehood.

Government officials greeted the elder upon arrival at Egal airport.

All Somaliland citizens have prayed the speedy recovery of the elder who was having healthy related problems.

Mr. Abdi Warabe returns to his home land while feeling safe and sound.

UCID chair, Faisal Ali Warabe could be seen holding Haji Abdi Warabe’s hand.

The presidential affairs minister also welcomed the elder at the airport.
