First office of Chinese community in Somaliland established

The office of Chinese community in Somaliland officially announced open last night (Tuesday).

Somaliland’s representative to China, government ministers and Somaliland Chinese community were in attendance.

First, chairperson of Chinese community to Somaliland Mr. David has told that he has been in Somaliland for the past ten years.

Mr. David said that he hopes to establish China-Somaliland Trade Center which will be used as a vehicle for bringing together the traders from both countries.

Somaliland representative to China Hon. Abdi Mohamoud Suleiman has spearheaded efforts to establish Chinese center in Somaliland.
