President meets with Somaliland UK community
LONDON– Somaliland delegation led by President Ahmed M. Silanyo has held large meeting with diaspora community that live in the UK.
The event which was held in the east of London saw the attendnace of old, young, men, women.
The president is accompanied by the minister of information, presidential affairs, health, first lady, Somaliland representatives.
Health minister, Sulieman has stressed the importance of peace while speaking of the stages that the peace that eastern regions of Somaliland are enjoying has gone through.
The minister has talked about that the peace was the sole invitation of president Silanyo and sent clear signal to Awdal region.
The minister of Information who is the mouth piece of Somaliland gov’t has said that he congratulated on the ruling party that they have the founder who is the sitting president and that they should not worry.
President Silanyo has urged country men and women to observe peace and stability.
He encouraged that they should be divided during elecctions.
The president has plegded to hold free and fair elections in the eastern regions of the country.
