The whole budget of Somali-land is absorbed by few pockets or one/two clans
Although President Silanyo administration alleged that Somali land budget for the fiscal year for the on-going year (2014) is US $ 152 million and that for the next year shall be US $ 180 million. Unfortunately, the entire budget reported by Silanyo by administration is benefited by few personalities or clans and over 70 % of Somali land populating have not even smile that alleged budget. This administration wish from us to be happy the money stolen by others or bribed to few to divide the society , but that will never happen from our end. Therefore, the press statement said by Boqor Raabi is based on truthful evidences. All what we notice from Silanyo administration is tribalism and corruption and laying foundation stones for fiction projects to be in future, national TV established for advertising purpose, dividing societies into groups and clans hostile to each other and making certain segment of the society from poor to poorest. Silanyo administration alleged that, they have completed Hargeisa airport, but in reality, they have built a wall that cut the passage in which the people living near the airport and this similar the wall built by Israel to divide the Palestinian territory. Separation barrier or separation wall refers to a barrier, wall or fence constructed to limit the movement of people across certain line borders to separate two populations. Barriers also have separated various Palestinian towns and villages within the occupied territories from each other. This is exactly what happened for the people the people near the airport. The sole aim of nominating traditional leaders is to look the daily circumstances of their communities, but not get hold and gain out of the title either from the government or through any other Institutional body, which is very common in the case of some traditional leaders. Quite often we notice traditional leaders that speak on the behalf of the government and stood against the legitimate interest of his community. Most of our society considers these type traditional leaders as representative of the government and not his people that they are supposed to look their routine social problems. Their community may be poor financially, but they are rich at heart and in mind and they never accept the blackmail exercised to them by their so called traditional leaders.
Some people think luxury is the opposite of poverty. It is not. It is the opposite of vulgarity. Resolve not to be poor: whatever you have, spend less. Poverty is a great enemy to human happiness; it certainly destroys liberty, and it makes some virtues impracticable, and others extremely difficult. Anyone who has struggled with poverty knows how extremely expensive it is to be poor. I am a poor man, but I have this consolation: I am poor by accident, not by design. When the rich wage war it is the poor who die. The greatest evils and the worst of crimes is poverty; our first duty, a duty to which every other consideration should be sacrificed, is not to be poor. The honest poor can sometimes forget poverty. The honest rich can never forget it. The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much; it is. Poverty is the worst form of violence. Every life deserves a certain amount of dignity, no matter how poor or damaged the shell that carries it. If the misery of the poor be caused not by the laws of nature, but by our institutions, great is our sin. The wealth of a soul is measured by how much it can feel… its poverty by how little. The United States spends over $87 billion conducting a war in Iraq while the United Nations estimates that for less than half that amount we could provide clean water, adequate diets, sanitations services and basic education to every person on the planet. And we wonder why terrorists attack us.
Justice, in its broadest context, includes both the attainment of that which is just and the philosophical discussion of that which is just. The concept of justice is based on numerous fields, and many differing viewpoints and perspectives including the concepts of moral rightness based on ethics, rationality, law, equality and fairness. Often, the general discussion of justice is divided into the realm of social justice as found in philosophy, theology and religion, and, procedural justice as found in the study and application of the law. Everyone one of us is born with unlimited potential, we have the ability and intelligence to make the impossible possible. Only people who know have known injustice know which sacrifices are necessary to bring about justice. As a result only those who have known injustice can bring about justice. The injustice shows what needs to be done in order to bring about justice. Without injustice happening first there is no way of knowing what needs to be done to have justice. If someone has not experienced injustice it is not possible for him or her to know what should be done to bring about justice. Justices and injustices influence an individual and community at local and national levels, which can in turn impact on the ability of the individual to belong.
Remember, the only person that can hold you back in life is yourself, you just can’t dream it, you must believe that you have the power to achieve it. Wisdom is the power that enables us to use knowledge for the benefit of ourselves and others..In the absence of justice, what is sovereignty but organized robbery? The administration of justice is the firmest pillar of government. We win justice quickest by rendering justice to the other party. If we do not maintain justice, justice will not maintain us. Justice in the life and conduct of the State is possible only as first it resides in the hearts and souls of the citizens. Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. The word “justice” appears many of our books including our constitution, but for a word that’s used so often, its precise definition is still a topic of debate for philosophers, theologians and legislators. Justice is often used interchangeably with the word “fairness.” In any situation, be it in a courtroom, at the workplace or in line at the local bar, we want to be treated fairly. We shouldn’t be judged more harshly because of our skin color, we shouldn’t be paid any less because of our gender, and we shouldn’t have to wait longer for a drink because of what we’re wearing. We feel we deserve equal and impartial treatment. Because we have this desire for equality and fairness, the assurance of justice is usually a prerequisite for a good society. For a leader to have legitimacy among his or her constituents, he or she must find ways to ensure that the laws of the land are just and administered justly. Of course, history is littered with examples of governments that were unjust to some citizens. One such example would be the era of slavery in the United States. Black people weren’t afforded the same rights as white people, and it took many years for the government to recognize black people as whites’ equals.

Over the years, many black people have asked the government to make restitution for the years of unequal treatment that their ancestors received. When any crime or abuse is committed, we want justice, both for the offender and for the victim. For the offender, justice means that crimes don’t go unpunished, but also that the punishment fits the crime.
For a victim, justice may be seeing a criminal put behind bars, or it may be monetary — the goal is to make the victim feel equal again. If equality is an important component of justice, some have argued that governments should practice distributive justice, or the allocation of goods and wealth equally among all citizens. Such a theory has been denounced by those who believe that government should have a limited role in the economy. Countries with welfare systems, though, are practicing a form of distributive justice in that they demonstrate a commitment to providing equality in terms of basic well-being.Justice remains a hard topic to pin down because people often disagree over what they deserve and whether they’re receiving it. In such disagreements, we want reasonable and impartial decisions made, which is why the images of justice personified often include a blindfold. We want blind justice to the extent that such a thing is possible. And when people feel that they aren’t getting their due, then society may become unstable. As proof, witness events like the French Revolution, civil rights marches and the fights over universal health care. The word “justice” is on everyone’s lips nowadays, and may signify almost anything. We hear the cry “Peace and Justice!” from folk who would destroy existing societies with fire and sword. Other folk fancy that perfect justice might readily be obtained by certain financial rearrangements — as if anything in this world ever could be perfected. Where justice is denied, where poverty is enforced, Justice and power must be brought together, so that whatever is just may be powerful, and whatever is powerful may be just. Where is the justice of political power if it executes the murderer and jails the plunderer, and then it marches upon neighboring lands, killing thousands and pillaging the very hills?. Therefore, if no proper power sharing urgently, Somali-land, must revolt against Silanyo administration, as we cannot accept to make few rich for the tax collected from our poor people.
Power sharing may be broadly defined as any set of arrangements that prevents one political agency or collective from monopolizing power, whether temporarily or permanently. Ideally, such measures promote inclusiveness or at least the coexistence of divergent cultures within a state. In places deeply divided by national, ethnic, linguistic, or religious conflict, power sharing is the standard prescription for reconciling antagonistic groups, particularly where genocide, expulsion, or coerced assimilation threaten the lives and rights of minority peoples. In recent history, the success record of this measure is mixed. Power Sharing is defined as sharing practices and established rules and roles that result in broad-based controlling or leading. In an educational field, we talk about power sharing when students directly participate in an activity in which the teacher enables the students to share authority and responsibility and a just division of roles and accountability for their tasks. Literally, empowerment means to give ability to, to permit or enable. In the educational field, to empower is to enable the self-affirming expression of experiences mediated by one’s history, language, and traditions. It is to enable those who have been marginalized economically and culturally to claim, in both respects, a status as fully participating members of a community. Empowerment is “the opportunity and means to effectively participate and share authority. In conclusion: if president Silanyo administration will not implement justices soonest, then people must exercise all means to bring down his administration. The only thing this administration popular is silent and kidnap anyone who speak against their administration, but they do not know is that, they can kidnap or arrest the people’s mind and hears. This administration instead of bribing few unethical personalities let them spend this bribing money for good purpose like hiring teachers or medical staff, which is more important than bribing few. few weeks the traditional sultans from Awadal region confirmed that confirms that their region constitute less than 4 % of Somali land work forces. The question is how they can speak on the behalf of the people when they are the first that commit injustices against them
