MPs Call On International Community to Steer Clear of Nation’s Internal Affairs
After a massive meeting between Somali legislators in the capital city Mogadishu, several of them have called on the international community to “stay out” of Somalia’s internal affairs.
The MPs of the Somali Federal Government have said that foreign nations or international organizations do not need to meddle or get involved in internal affairs, as the government can handle it themselves.
Abdirahman Hosh Jibril who is among the MPs, accused the international community of providing funds to certain individuals that stir or fabricate lies to mess up the politics.
Furthermore, Abdullahi Jamac, said that foreigners or any other individuals do not have a right to have a say in internal affairs or meddle in national politics.
