Somaliland requires self disciplined professionals like the previous Hargeisa City Mayor

While reading somaliland media today, I have landed a situation whereby engineer participated an event held in mansoor Hotel and that influence me writing about the engineer Additionally, I have the culture of listening and evaluating the skills, the knowledge and the self discipline in the event I have an opportunity to meet a politician or professionalize. Years ago I have an opportunity to meet Engineer Jiceer in Hargeisa on an evening coffee occasion in one of Hargisa hotels and that was the first that I met the man even though his name was familiar for me earlier. During the short with him, I found the man talked all what I have categorized to be useful and sensible in accordance with all standards. A successful man is one who can lay a firm foundation with the bricks others have thrown at him. It is said that your wisdom is measured how you manage when you have nothing and how you behave when you have everything. In the event somaliland is equipped with ten personalities like him, it is certain that progress will be double folded.

Self-discipline is a very powerful tool that can be developed for achieving about anything which you can dream. However, there are four key ingredients that must be present in our lives to allow self-discipline to flourish and exist. Most people have some or all of these key ingredients, but lack the knowledge of where and how to use them. Here are the four key ingredients of self-discipline. Self-Control – The act of controlling our emotions, actions, thoughts, words, and personal direction. Motivation – The “fire inside” that fuels our efforts and makes accomplishments worth achieving. Motivation – The “fire inside” that fuels our efforts and makes accomplishments worth achieving. Goals. Those tangible achievements that breed motivation and form our definitions of happiness and success.

Motivation is the fuel that gives our success engine its drive. Motivation is a group of reasons that develop a desire to accomplish, have, act, and perform in a manner that will satisfy a certain desire. Strong motivation is the underlying power behind some of the world’s greatest achievements. Motivation is responsible for creating actions, thoughts, and situations that are directed toward a specific accomplishment. There is no use in trying to master self-discipline if you lack the motivation to have it. Every human being has been motivated by something at some point in their lives. The fact that you are reading this book shows that you have a certain degree of motivation to succeed at something.

When you truly desire to control certain habits, cravings, and behaviors in your life, you already have one of the key ingredients to self-discipline. Most people know that they want control over certain aspects of their lives, but lack the motivation to bring about true change. One of the easiest methods for strengthening motivation is through pressure. By telling your family, friends, and co-workers of your commitment to control an aspect of your life, you establish the presence of external pressure. Now, the motivation for achieving discipline is embarrassment, self-esteem, and challenge. Peer pressure is a very powerful motivator for most people.

Only through self-discipline can we begin to control and shape the direction of our lives, and only through proper motivation can we experience self-discipline. Always be aware of your level of motivation. Use different techniques and situations to strengthen your motivation in specific areas. Only by focusing on self-control and motivation first, can you expect to open the doors to a life of self-discipline. Endurance : Endurance is one of the most difficult disciplines, but it is to the one who endures that the final victory comes. Persistence is the act of continued action and effort towards an objective, even in the face of multiple failures.

Wisdom: a word of experiences, knowledge and understanding. We are not born with or provided with wisdom, it is something that we gain or discover after spending years of our lives, by passing through experiences, journey of life. It is the gold that no one can steal, because it is earned. In the abstract wisdom can’t be defined or explained, because we draw a sketch of wisdom in the context of life, actions and activities. Wisdom is also closed in a box of putting things in a right perspective, taking quick right decisions and rising above one’s own point of views.

Self-discipline is the key to getting out from under many of the nasty little mental habits that keep us miserable. It’s a very simple fact of life that the more you practice anything, the easier it gets. If you practice sleeping through your alarm, it gets easier. If you practice getting up, that gets easier, too. Your brain learns whether you’re trying to teach it or not. There is one special quality that you can develop that will guarantee you greater success, accomplishment and happiness in life. And when you develop the same levels of high, personal discipline possessed by the most successful people in our society.

There are several disciplines that you need to develop if you want to achieve your full potential. The first of these is the discipline of goals. This means that you sit down with a pad of paper, a pen and ample time. You think through and then make a written list of all the things you want to accomplish in the next one, two, three, four and five years. You organize the list into the various areas of your life; your career, your money, your family, your health and the other parts that are important to you. You set priorities among your goals and re-write your lists so that your most important goals are at the top.

You then take a separate sheet of paper and you make a list of all the things that you can think of doing, right now, to move you toward the attainment of your most important goals. The second discipline you need to develop for success is the discipline of planning. Many people think that they are too busy to plan. Or they don’t give themselves enough time to plan. You will get a 1000% return on your time investment by taking the time to think through, in advance, what you are going to do in the hours and days ahead. In conclusion self-discipline is self-control and self-restraint and self-discipline is self-reliance and independence and self independence leads productivity.
