Heavy Rain Disrupts Normal Life in Hargeisa-(Photos)
Hargaisa, 12 Nov, 2013 (SDN) -A second day of heavy rain in Hargaisa has led to the closure of schools and disruption of air traffic today. The heavy rain brought downpours washed out roads and sent residents to stay at home as the ‘very severe’ cyclonic storm known as 03A, made landfall over the weekend.
